About this policy
Personal Tracker is a private project operated by Zack Niziolek for reviewing the operator’s own WHOOP fitness and recovery data. It is not open for public registration. This policy covers Personal Tracker; it does not cover Adapt Capital’s other services.
Information accessed
After the account owner authorizes access through WHOOP, the app can read recovery scores, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep records, workouts, daily strain, and associated record identifiers and timestamps. The integration also uses OAuth access and refresh tokens. The owner signs in directly with WHOOP; the app does not require the owner’s WHOOP password.
Purpose and processing
Data is used to review personal fitness, sleep and recovery trends and to prepare personal reports. Postman may be used to authorize and test the connection. Data may be submitted to an AI analysis service, such as OpenAI, only when the account owner chooses to share it with that service. Those providers process submitted information under their own terms, privacy policies and account settings. WHOOP records are not published on this website, sold, or used for advertising by Personal Tracker.
Storage and control
Downloaded records, reports and connection tokens are managed in the operator’s chosen devices and tools. Copies remain until the operator deletes them; any service-provider retention also depends on that provider’s policies and settings. Credentials and health records must be kept in private, access-controlled storage and must not be placed in public pages or repositories.
Revoking access and deletion
The owner can revoke the app’s access through WHOOP. Revoking access stops future authorized retrieval but does not automatically delete earlier exports or reports. The owner can remove those copies and stored tokens from the tools used. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Zack Niziolek at zackniziolek@gmail.com.
